2025<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2427\">According to the articles <strong data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2321\">1137 et seq. of the Civil Code<\/strong>, In addition \/>\u2714 The purchaser must consider the overall condition of the property and its equipment<\/p><p data-start=\"3296\" data-end=\"3334\"><strong>For homeowners in 2025 :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li
