2️⃣ The deed of sale

The notarial deed formalises the transaction and specifies :

  • The price of the property before renovation

  • The total cost of work

  • The implementation schedule

  • The terms of payment (calls for funds)

  • The legal guarantees (completion, ten-year, biennial, etc.)

3️⃣ Progress of work and calls for funds

Payments are staggered according to site progress.
Each call for funds is provided for in the deed of sale and validated by a professional (notary or project manager).
