The Site host is the company Elementor Hosting, whose registered office is at Tuval St 40, Ramat Gan, Israel.

The data is stored on Rapidmail, Apimo Pro and on our local server, for a renewable period of 18 months, in compliance with the principle of data minimisation.

Alternatively, simply avoid any online interaction or contact our agency to exercise your access rights by another means.

5-7 - Internal access and subcontracting
Access to your data is limited to authorised personnel, as only they are bound by a strict obligation of confidentiality.
However, your data may be transmitted to certain subcontractors, as their services are necessary for the proper operation of the Site.
These subcontractors have restricted access to information, as their contracts require them to comply with data protection laws.
When a transfer outside the European Union is required, it is subject to appropriate legal safeguards.
